Chances are they met on a website where immigrant women can meet US men and they cater to those looking specifically for marriage. They are all over the web if you do a excellent search.
BUT — these sites do not cater to those looking to fraud the system. They are about real, bonafide international marriages where people are in like with each other. The arrangement between your spouse’s supporter and his wife was absolutely under the table. If they got away with it then they are of the few that do. The policy are getting much stricter for this sort of thing from the USCIS. As a upshot of such “deals” life made immigration policy for Visas (spousal or fiance) are getting much more stringent no matter where you are in the world.
I have done so much research on this as I am Canadian and my bf is a US resident and at some point in the future I’ll be filing for my Visa.
But to answer your question there are no websites that cater to “money for marriage.”
Well dang … if there’s web sites for prostitues to advertise I guess one for fake marriages couldn’t be far behind. I did a quick google search and didn’t come up with anything accept this Washington Post article.
